Earlier, the Clerk of the House transmitted a scanned copy of a letter received from Mr. Steve Simon, Secretary of State of Minnesota, indicating that, according to the unofficial results of the Special Election held August 9, 2022, the Honorable Brad Finstad was elected Representative to Congress for the First Congressional District, State of Minnesota.
