3.6% of Kosciusko County residents considered unemployed in 2021

Kosciusko County recorded an unemployment rate of 3.6% among residents aged 16 and 65 years old in 2021. That’s 1,509 people out of the 80,151 living in Kosciusko County at the time, according to data obtained from the U.S. Census Bureau.

The unemployment rate in Kosciusko County has remained fairly stable compared to the 3.6% registered in 2020.

The percentage of people unemployed in Kosciusko County was less than the statewide unemployment rate of 4.7%.

Of the 40,559 people who had a job during that time, 11 were employed in the Armed Forces and 40,548 belonged to the civilian labor force.
