Census Bureau: 78% of people in Pulaski County were old enough to vote in 2021

Of the 12,496 citizens living in Pulaski County in 2021, 78% were old enough to vote, equating to 9,751 individuals, according to U.S. Census Bureau data obtained on Oct. 26.

Further breakdown reveals that of the voting-eligible population, 4,912 were male, constituting 50.4%, and 4,839 were female, making up 49.6%.

The percentage of citizens old enough to vote in Pulaski County during 2021 was higher than the state average, which stands at 76.4%.
