Malone lauded as league Player of the Week
Elijah Malone was named the final Crossroads League Player of the Week on Monday for Grace's men's basketball team.
Malone helped lead Grace to the 2023 Crossroads League Tournament championship with 19 points, 8 rebounds, 3 blocks and 2 steals. The Lancers defeated Huntington 80-74, extending Grace's winning streak to 10 straight.
Grace is poised to host the NAIA First and Second Round for the first time in team history. The Lancers will host Columbia International on Tuesday at 6 p.m. The winner will advance to play either Olivet Nazarene or Madonna on Wednesday at 6 p.m.
