Grace earns top five result

Grace's women's golf team picked up another top five finish with a fourth place showing at the Saints Classic on Tuesday afternoon.

The two-day tournament saw Grace turn in a team score of 335 on Monday, which was tied for third place. The Lady Lancers improved their score by eight strokes in round two, finishing with a total of 662.

Grace May carded the lowest single round score of the tournament for Grace, with a day-two score of 78. She placed in the top 10 with a tournament total of 163.

Summer Stillson narrowly missed out on another top-10 result. Stillson went 83, 82 over the course of the tournament.

Carolyn Pacocha ended the opening day of Saint Classic in tie for fourth place. Her mark of 80 was just four strokes off the pace of the leader. She finished the tournament with a score of 167.

After turning in a 90 on day one, Brette Hanavan improved her second-round score by 10 strokes. She finished the tournament in 17th place.

Lucy Young turned in identical rounds, scoring 87 on both days of the tournament. All five Lady Lancers placed within the top 25.

Grace has two more tournaments on the schedule before turning their attention towards the NCCAA Nationals which will be held in Palm Coast, Fla. from October 24th-26th.
